Congratulations to those individuals who have completed their coursework necessary to take the Creditor Collection Specialist exam.  To apply for the exam, please email  marquism@sva.com with a subject line of "CCS Exam Application" and an application will be emailed back to you. Upon taking the exam and receiving a passing score, forward a copy of your passing score (screen print from the online exam) to WCCMA to receive the 25% reimbursement for the exam fee.

If you have not been able to attend the Collecting from Your Customers or Collection Laws for Creditors seminar at either the spring or fall conference online courses become available from time to time so you may take advantage of these courses in the comfort of your own office! Please feel free to email us at education@wccmanet.org or campusaca@acainternational.org if you need assistance signing up for one of these courses.
